Sometimes talk therapy just requires too much talking.

At Full Life, we know that there are many ways to help. Some are more time-consuming and more expensive than others.

Some healing comes through talk.

Some healing comes through movement.

Some healing comes through being still and mindful.

Some healing comes by using our senses.

Some healing happens most easily in community with people to whom we can relate, share more easily, learn from and connect with between meetings.

Recovery, whether it is from addiction, trauma, a psychiatric condition, loss, or major life transition, is achieved by weaving together different experiences, in different contexts, with different people. One at a time, each one helps a little. But together, all the elements can come together to create a full life worth living.

Alternative Therapeutic Services
  • Meditation
    • Full Life counseling offers a pay-as-you-please group silent meditation with a technique introduced at the start of the meditation to aid in the meditation process. We meditate approximately for 30 minutes every Monday and Wednesday at 12:10PM. The techniques are meant as suggestive only and there are no “musts” in this meditation group. This group is designed to help people learn meditation for the first time, develop or maintain a regular practice if already experienced, and ultimately to help you develop your own practice. A $10 offering is suggested, but not required.
  • Therapeutic Yoga
    • Full Life offers therapeutic yoga. Call the office for more information regarding price and to set up an appointment.
  • Aromatherapy
    • More information coming soon.
  • More services to come! Check back later to see updates.
